Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
This shop is operated by minica Nederland, registered at Vul adres in, 0000 AA Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@minica.bike.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed through minica.bike. By checking out you accept them.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.
4. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. Because every bike is built in your colours, production starts after payment has been received.
5. Lead time
Reckon on four to six weeks for a configured bike. Bikes from stock usually ship within a week. These periods are indicative; exceeding them does not give rise to damages, but does allow you to cancel if delivery is unreasonably delayed.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may cancel within fourteen days of delivery. Note that this right does not apply by law to goods made to your specification. A bike from stock can therefore be returned; a bike you configured yourself generally cannot. If in doubt, get in touch — we are happy to talk it through.
7. Warranty
Five years on the frame, two years on battery and electronics, none on wear parts. Warranty lapses in cases of misuse, modification or neglected maintenance.
8. Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. For bank transfers we hold your order for fourteen days.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, email us in good time. We respond within fourteen days. Dutch law applies to these terms.
