Who processes your data

What we process
- Orders: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, your build and the amount paid. Basis: performance of the contract.
- Contact and test-ride forms: whatever you fill in. Basis: legitimate interest in answering your question.
- Technical: your language preference and a session cookie that remembers your cart. Basis: necessary for the site to work.
Cookies
We use functional cookies only: a session cookie for your cart and one that remembers your language. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site, and we load no fonts or scripts from third parties. That is why we do not ask for consent through a cookie banner.
Who we share data with
- Our payment provider, to process your payment.
- The carrier delivering your bike.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the site and database.
Beyond that, we neither sell nor share your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for two years.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase or port your data, and object to processing. Email us and we will handle it within a month. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
